China Helpdesk
There are still a lot of questions related to doing business in China. Club China offers you the unique opportunity to ask your questions to the Europe China Institute through our China Helpdesk!
Introducing the China Helpdesk
In cooperation with The Europe China Institute
The
Europe China Institute (ECI) of Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands
is the leading institution in conducting practical research for companies that
are looking for success in China.
The ECI helps companies find local markets, give guidance of how to deal with government and cultural differences, and informs them on the latest developments in the economic, social and political landscape. This focus on the Chinese landscape is of the utmost importance because research has shown that 80 percent of profitability of internationally operating companies is determined by non controllable factors in the external environment.
We have noticed there are still a lot of questions related to doing business in China. Flying Blue Club China now offers you the unique opportunity to ask your questions to the ECI through our China Helpdesk!
These questions can range anywhere from “How do we enter China?”, “When should we enter China?”, “Is there a market for our product?”, “Can we make use of the existing distribution channels?“ to “What’s the competition like in China?” and more.
Of course, most answers won’t be as short as these questions. In many cases a deeper analysis is needed, but on numerous occasions, an initial smaller answer can already help you a long way. It gives you a first idea of what issues to take into consideration. And in many cases, the ECI can point you towards other interesting resources where relevant information may be found.
Please feel free to contact us with your business questions for Prof. Dr. Haico Ebbers, Chairman of the ECI at Nyenrode University. Each month, Prof. Dr. Ebbers and Club China will pick a question to be featured here on the community and help you improve your business practices, or even get a first start, in the Chinese market. So what are you waiting for? Ask your question now!
