Sleep labs and IQ gyms at future hotels

InterContinental Hotels Group presents scenario of tourists hiring clothing and accessories at their destinations, de-stressing in sleep laboratories.

In the not-too-distant future, tourists will travel without baggage. They will hire clothing and accessories at their destinations, de-stress in sleep laboratories and stimulate their minds with room-service spa menus at hotels.

Cellphones will be used to shop online from in-flight magazines and goods will be delivered to any hotel in the world, Karl Harla, InterContinental’s regional GM Africa, said yesterday.
